Etsy seller account suspended

my friends account was suspended does anyone have any tips for new account do you have to use a new device (phone )
also there are hundreds of sellers with cosmetics stores why they picked hers to be deleted

They must have been selling something prohibited or making false claims about their products.
You would not only need a new device, ip address and email address, you would also need a new bank account because that's one of the ways they check identity
