Booked a parcel online with Parcel 2 Go on 24 January, I have not used this company before but they seem to be the "Go Compare" of the parcel world in that they offer you a range of options and you choose the best or cheapest. Paid for my parcel to be sent with FedEx, dropped off at a convenience store about 2 miles away. Fine. Dropped off the same day.
Didn't hear anything that the parcel had arrived but it wasn't urgent anyway. Last night I got an automatic email saying my parcel had been collected - sixteen days after I dropped it off!! It was supposed to be a 48 hour service.
Obviously asked for a full refund and not to insult me by offering to credit my account or a voucher or whatever, but are they always like this?? I expected more tbh, especially as it was supposed to be organised through FedEx.
