This has just gone over me - presumably doing landing practice? Would have thought the runway was a bit short but maybe that's the point? Bloody noisy I should think!

They’ve been literally going round in circles!

It was the German Air Force yesterday or the day before, chuntering overhead at 5000 feet. There seems to be a regular route west for military aircraft, they don't all stop at the Scillies - going to the Azores or something?
