Is a Squatty Potty any good ?

Never tried one but thinking about it for a while , so have just looked on line and decided to go for it.

For those that don't know what they are , it's a stool you put your feet on when going to the loo as It's supposedly a better / natural position to be in.

I’ve got one. I think it helps a little and certainly hasn’t got a down side. I got one off eBay which was pretty cheap

For sure, I don’t have any particular toilet problems but I much prefer using one… it takes less time when your bowel is unkinked. We have a cheap one from Amazon

I just use my kids step stool that we have in the bathroom anyway, but it definitely makes a difference

It's great for when you are constipated. Also really useful for small children who struggle to touch the floor with their feet.

I use a plastic container which does the same, I started using it after abdominal surgery and haven't looked back!
