Would you eat the biscuits?

Please help settle an argument (I won't say which side I'm on).
On a tube platform, this has been left next to the seats.... woukd you take and eat the half- opened packet of custard cremes? ( not just any CC - marks and Spencer CC!)

Couple of weeks ago my dd saw a custard cream on the floor of a train and said she had a weird urge to eat it ?? Perhaps something strange is going on !!!

She didn’t by the way 😂 but she did take a picture of it. Unfortunately there’s no way of knowing if it was also an m and s custard cream

I once spent a happy 10 minutes in Nice (the place in France, not the biscuit) waiting to see which passing dog would eat the very delicious looking biscuit dropped in the middle of the promenade.

Many dogs passed by, sniffed it and walked on. Then a respectable man walked along, clocked it, picked it up and popped it into his mouth.

Definitely not. Do you know how many rats will be scampering about scavenging once the trains stop? Custard creams left on rat footprints. Lovely. Leave them to the rodents.
