First of all, I have an OOH GP appointment at 1:30 which was the best I could get (A&E here is terrible) It started last night, not super painful but uncomfortable right up and down my left leg. No redness or swelling and 111 told me to take painkillers, use heat and riing back if it got worse. Today it's like toothache all down my leg and my calf feels tight and heavy. Still no swelling or redness or heat. I'm scared it's a clot and I'm making myself feel worse by panicking. I really don't have any clot symptoms but it's something I just can't get out of my mind. 😞😞
