Hypnotherapist rec for nail biter please.

Can anyone recommend an hypnotherapist in the Leicester area for a chronic nail biter.
Or any podcasts, YouTube videos.
I'm 59 now, disgustingly I enjoy biting and picking my nails but hate the effects.

Will an app do? Stop nail biting hypnosis. It worked for me while I was using it, but then I relapsed when no longer using it. I keep meaning to start again and then continue to listen once a fortnight or so - might do so this evening aactually. I think it costs a fiver. I'm a feminist BUT I prefer the man's voice.

Try some EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping (tapping on different points on your face, head and chest).

Brad Yates on YouTube has free videos for all sorts but he has one for nail biting etc called ‘Bad Habits’. Search YouTube for him. Good luck.
