Huckleberry app - not recognising account

Hello
Is anyone else having problems with the Huckleberry app?

I went to log DDs bedtime as usual, and I was logged out. I tried to log back in but keep getting an error message saying my email address isn’t registered with an account. It bloody is and I pay £54 a year for the privilege!

I’ve tried my other email address in case I got them mixed up but same message. I’ve sent them an email but feel very lost without it today 😂

I’ve reinstalled the app and checked there’s no update due, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

Any one else?

I’m having issues too!
Every time I open the app to track a feed or log sleep, it has logged me out and I have to keep logging in. Such a pain! It’s been going on for a few days now. I’ve emailed but haven’t had a response yet.

Thanks @LuckyStar511 I can’t even log back in, so odd. I’m having to make a note of nap length & finish times on a sticky note 😆

I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it seems to be working now 🤞🏻

Has this been resolved for you yet? I’ve had the exact same issue. Emailed them, but I did not get a valuable response that touched on the main issue. After I’ve been forced out of my account to make a new one, the new Ofcourse became a trial. The trial has now finished, yet if I select to pay for the membership (which I wouldn’t now), it states I’ve already paid for the full year…. Yet I can’t use the privileges paid for.

Yes but it was my own stupid fault as when I signed up, I put .com on my email address instead of .co.uk. Of course then I couldn’t remember my password once I realised my error but couldn’t get a password reset email because I didn’t own the email account linked to the Huckleberry account 🤦‍♀️

I emailed them and asked they send the password reset email to my correct address which they did, so I’m back in.

Could you have possibly initially logged in with Apple or similar and that’s why it’s detected you’ve paid but not your email address? This was one of the troubleshooting suggestions when I was trying to get back in.

Good luck!

Thanks so much for your response. I am glad it all worked out for you in the end.
You are right, I did initially get logged in through Apple, however when I had to sign up again after it logged me out, I used the exact same email address. My personal email and my Apple email are identical.

It is what it is I guess. Will just have to not rely on the app anymore.

@VikWantsAnswers thats very annoying. I’d be inclined to go back to them asking for a resolution or a refund. I did feel quite lost for those days I was logged out!

I asked for a refund from Apple which was granted. Now just hoping it reflects in bank account😄 Thereafter Huckleberry have come back with further requests from my end so they’re still working on it. It probably has something to do with Apple automatically generating an email address for privacy purposes when you register with an app through Apple ID. The Apple ID email address I used to sign up with, does not appear in Hucklberry settings, and instead some random email is there instead. Who knows whatever caused any of these issues..
