Trying to get an online tutor but in the meantime.

Any suggestions for GCSE English (language and literature) study aids. Happy to pay if need be.

I have seen exam whisperer on Instagram and have to say I think the content is really good.

My son is in year 9 and when he's more willing to learn about how to improve his technique, I will certainly be watching reels with him.

The explanations are clear and easy to understand

The lightuphub platform worked well for us. English was an uphill battle and all the revision guides and flash cards school recommended got ignored but we did make some progress with Lightuphub

That's lovely to hear. So glad you found my reels helpful. I do specialise in breaking the skills down for those students who struggle a bit more. It's also great for those students with dyslexia or neurodivergence.

Hi all
An English teacher of 18 years. A couple of my colleagues have created literature discussions about gcse set texts. They are on Spotify and free to listen to. It might be of help/interest. We teach in an outstanding school, where 40%+ students get 7+. Trying to share this resource outside of my school as I feel it would benefit other students.
