How to distract/cheer myself up after loss

I’m miscarrying at about 6 weeks and feeling lousy. I just want to be pregnant. TTC took four months and although it’s not a long time I am worried it’ll take loads more months now to conceive again… the thought of that is unbearable!

It’s truly the worst feeling and you never think you’ll be part of that stat till you are. I had a straightforward medical termination a long time ago and can’t help but worry the two are somehow linked even though there would be no logical reason for that. I am only in my early twenties so age shouldn’t be a factor.

I’m taking tomorrow off work and possibly some of next week too. Does anyone have any suggestions on things to feel better?

Thank you :)

I am sorry I have no experience of such a loss (single with no children) but I hope someone can come along soon with some words of advice.

Please be kind to yourself and I am so sorry for your loss.

Take care x
