Worried. Blood test results.

I'm 53. Not overweight. Non fasted blood test

Total cholesterol 5.9
HDL cholesterol 2.0
LDL cholesterol 3.2
TC/HDL ratio 3.0

5.9 isn't that bad. They like it to be below 5. Mines 6.2 and they weren't that concerned. Just said try and lose some weight (I'm classed as morbidly obese) and retest in one year.
