Question about Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

SplodgeOfCustard · 08/02/2024 17:39

I have received some vouchers through the post based on the points I've earned. The vouchers add up to £26. It says the vouchers are valid online and in store until the end of the month.

If I don't spend them will I just lose out on the £26, or can I just save all my Clubcard points up throughout the year and use my points when money is a bit tigher for us?

Thanks, I don't want to forfeit the money but would prefer to save the points if I can.

You can save your vouchers, they usually have an expiry date on them? If it is saying the end of the month that will be that paper voucher, not the credit itself. They last about 2 years. You should make sure you can log into your Clubcard account via the website or app so you can keep an eye on them, then you will be notified when they are expiring.

Are you sure they are valid until the end of Feb 2024? Usually they have two years on them so check the date again as it may be Feb 2026. I used to work on the customer service desk in Tesco and this used to confuse people all the time.

I usually save mine up until Christmas. They have a couple of years on them, well they did unless that's changed.

The ones which are X amount off, or double clubcard points are just for this month. The ones which say £2, or £5 or whatever are valid for 2 years.

Thanks for answering.

I have just looked at the (paper) vouchers again, and realised they are valid until 2026! I just misread it. I have only ever spent the vouchers as soon as I've received them in the past.
