Healthy (healthy-ish) family friendly snacks?

I really need to get my shit together regarding snacks at home.

2 year old will eat anything presented in-front of him with great delight. 4 year old almost the same but is going through a ‘I want this not that’ phase recently. Also doesn’t like dips like ketchup, bbq sauce or hummus.

So it’s not like I have fussy kids.. I just have gotten into a really bad habit of giving into crap, and not having the motivation to think up some healthier alternatives (bought of anxiety and depression that I’m trying to crawl myself out of)

Typically snacks here for the kids looks like:
cheese
fruit
crisps
cereal bars
biscuits
raisins

So a lots of sugary crap that doesn’t fill them up properly I know. But they also seem to be constantly hungry (probably because of the non-snacks I’m giving them) so I don’t really want to be cooking/baking for every snack we have.

I need ideas, what is are some easy, quick snacks I can russle up for myself and the kids?

Protein will fill them up for longer
could you make a double batch of flapjacks?
babybel cheeses
lentil rice cake things with peanut butter
peanut butter and banana slices on wholemeal toast
