Who uses flip charts these days?! I was so stunned by the method of delivery I couldn’t rake in anything he was saying. (This is the conservative political broadcast on BBC1 at about 7 tonight)

He gets more and more like a third rate maths teacher everyday!

I agree he could have put more effort into the house. Square windows.

But surely @2dogsandabudgie he should have checked his spelling or redone the scene?!? Or does he think this makes him look more “man of the people”??

It makes him and his team look arrogant. Can’t be arsed to draw properly or spell correctly.

To be honest I didn't even notice the spelling mistakes as he was writing so quickly so maybe he didn't realise?

How old does he think we are? 10? Politics for dummies, gullible ones at that.

Why won't he just put us all out of our misery & call a General Election!

Our local council has had funding cut by 122 million since 2010, still has to cut another 10 million this year. Since 2010 it’s been cut by 56% of what we received under New Labour. Services are already cut to the bone. To add insult to injury the wealthiest councils have not seen anyway near the same reduction in central government funding. The man really does not give a damn.

I wondered if he'd practised it on the Y10 Debating Society first? Because that was the standard of political debate and graphics he was working at..

The whole tone was one of not caring anymore. The Tories know they'll lose so they don't give a shit.🤷‍♀️

I agree it came across like they had put this together in a bar and filmed it next morning with a hangover before breakfast.
It was like homework where you know you are going to fail the subject, but your mum has made you do it anyway.

Flipcharts are making a huge comeback where I work. Three years of virtual whiteboards and everyone seems desperate to get back to paper and markers.

Do people not use flip charts anymore?! We use them all the time!

Didn't see it but I do love a flip chart!... and proper lists - written on paper, none of this electronic malarkey!

I went to primary school with RS. Absolutely love a flip chart - I think it might be a throwback from the eisteddford.

To me it suggests that no-one in his team is interested in details. Not paying enough attention to details is why plans fail.

My manager would not have been happy if I did a presentation with such obvious spelling mistakes. She hates sloppiness.

I used a flip chart for the first time in years just yesterday. Like Sunak’s, my drawing was also quite constipated, as the tripod was shaky and I had to tread gently. Unrelated to this, Sunak is a bellend and I despise him.

I followed it very well, but what I don’t understand is if inflation is down to 4% from 11% as he says, why the hell is everything getting more and more expensive?

And his handwriting is abysmal, even taking into account he's writing sideways while trying to face forwards.

The whole thing was just awful.
