I can't keep going.
Ibe asked fornsupport from my children's school.
I've asked for a face to face drs appt and been offered yet another phone consultation.
I keep reaching out for help amd nobody is listening.

I have mebtalnhealthbissues. The drs swapped my tablets but they're giving me dreadful cramps in my legs and now m arms. I've msgd the drs (how we now have to communicate) explaining i feel on tje edge of a crisis and I need a face to face appt and they've offered me a phone call.
Ibe told the school I need help (with daughter too as I think she has additional needs) ibe told senconand home school I need help. Feel on edge if mental healthncrosis. They've not replied.
I've got work in a monite. I don't want to go but I also don't want to be on my own.
My head constantly talks to me (not voices!) And it's jist exhausting

Can you ring 111 and explain you can't get the type of appointment you need? They should get an HCP to ring you back to chat if you ask them to and they'll be able to help you.
