I've been googling this but got lost in the jungle of articles.
I underpronate and I now have some orthotics but I still get outer shin splint pain if I try to walk more than 5 or 6 minutes.
I'm waiting for physio but in the mean time does anyone know what I can do to stop this? Does anyone have it?
I've been v sedentary since covid and only walking small distances (to the car, To work, etc) it seems so i hadn't noticed how bad it was.
Any advice from anyone whose had this or knows about it? Lots online focuses on shin splints and runners etc but I'm not that category!
