Returning an order

Hi, I know this board is usually quiet so I hope someone sees.

I have some items to return. I have started the returns process but they don't offer a QR code, just a standard returns label. I don't have access to a printer and theres nobody I can ask to print it for me. My office is too far for me to travel to just to print something. Is there any other alrernative? I have contacted customer services but have not heard anything back yet.

Local library? Ours have computers and printers, computer use is free but you pay a small fee to print.

Is there an option that you print it in the returns shop where you are taking the parcel back?

Which option did you choose to return by?

I was caught out twice (trying to!) make Xmas returns via Evri. They kept emailing me return slips to print off when I didn't have a printer and the driver that showed up didn't have any labels for me so wasted £2.59 twice and had to take back to the store myself

This was more my mistake than theirs tho as I don't think I read the instructions properly
A post office option will usually let you select a print in store choice then it emails you a qr code for the post office to scan

Library or if you return to an evri drop off store you can print it there
