He's getting some stick / piss taking for this.
The thing that struck me is he spends 1hr 30 with his son, who he also admits he didn't want, but hours in the gym, going out for breakfast, gaming etc. He's living the life of a single man but has a wife to do everything and have his lunch on the table by 12.
If she posted on here the cry of LTB would be unanimous.

Gregg Wallace: Why I’d choose a Harvester over a three-star Michelin restaurant

This is floating around Twitter as a parody response to Greg Wallace Saturday.

Babla · 08/02/2024 00:38

Ok he's more smug since he lost the weight

timesaretight · 08/02/2024 01:46

Horrible little man. Sacked from the factory.

Muddlingalongsomehow · 08/02/2024 02:28

Which bit was tricky for you?

He has always made my skin crawl! Jumped up bloody greengrocer! When Saturday Kitchen first started, he hosted it and basically came into any woman that was on there. He's revolting and this about him doesn't surprise me one bit!

Oh that is a very unfortunate typo Grin

I bloody love this!

safetyfreak · 08/02/2024 12:15

He is in his late 50s, that must be difficult raising a neurotypical child at the age.

No empathy though as it’s the life he chose.

Scroll down in her replies to the clip of the late Sean Locke.

Thank you for the link. Cemented my feelings about Gregg just with her encounter. That Sean Locke bit was brilliant. I thought he was going to just stop at one comment about Gregg.🤣

Fizbosshoes · 08/02/2024 14:06

I can't see the Sean lock comments...what am I missing?

You need to look at the Twitter link and scroll down through the comments and there is a Facebook link to the video

Poor Anna and her mother.
They do say older men sperm has an increased risk of disabilities.

Gregg has a fry up at 10.30. Then eats again at 12?

I can't imagine a week away from her son when he has high needs. I guess Gregg wanted a trophy wife all for himself to have fun with.

Yes. A study in Italy found a significant correlation between older fathers and the incidence of children with autism. Also, the larger the age gap between the father and the mother, the greater the link. I don't know whether other research has mirrored this, though.

I'm not a big fan of his however his wife chose to be with him. She chose an older, successful guy in the hope that he would take care of her financially and he does. He didn't want a child, having raised two on his own and no doubt sacrificed a lot as single parents do. Her parents have lived with them for a while, he talked about this previously. They enjoyed being grandparents and involved in their grandson's care. I understand that his fil passed a short while ago. It might not be a set up you or I would choose but they seemed happy enough.Do you know many men or women that would be happy for the inlaws to move in?

The point of the article is to promote his health app programme. I appreciate he doesn't come across great but that's a snapshot of one particular day in his week. It might not be what he does everyday and we all know journalists twist the truth! How many people on here work a 9-5 and then head to the gym or hobby seeing the kids for maybe an hour before they are off to bed? We so often see on here that dad's are busy having lie ins on the weekend or off doing hobbies. Those useless men don't get such a backlash so why is he? Again, not a fan of his but I don't think the pile on is necessary just because he is in the public eye. His wife is happy with a traditional set up so him getting cancelled wouldn't be in her best interests.

CheeseSandwichRiskAssessment · 08/02/2024 18:23

I agree with everyone saying it's normal that his wife chose an older guy for financial stability, and I wouldn't want to have a small child at his age either. HOWEVER he said this in print ! That's what's unforgivable.

Someone won a meet and greet with Gregg Wallace 😂

I genuinely thought the Femfresh hamper I won in a church raffle was the worst prize in history until today.

😂

Nitesaredrawinin · 08/02/2024 22:48

Didnt think much of him before this piece but just shows what an utter twat he is. He’s a shouty GREENGROCER.

newnamethanks · 09/02/2024 07:07

Oh GregG. Please understand that there's a social crime of taking yourself too seriously. Nothing irritates people more than a self-proclaimed 'expert' whinging on about how misunderstood he is combined with a complete inability to laugh at his own pomposity. It really is very annoying. And stop bloody shouting.

Not wanting to have another child is fine, but don’t say it publicly.

Having your in-laws live with you is fine, but don’t make it clear that you only want them there to look after the child you don’t want.

Want to spend 2 hours playing on the computer, fine, but don’t make out that it’s because you have some history thing going on.

There is nothing wrong with any of it as a snapshot of one day, its the way he comes across that is the problem.

Deathraystare · 09/02/2024 13:23

Vile picture in Metro today of him covered in rose petals.. Bleugh! At least there is no audio. Shouty man!

Alainlechat · 09/02/2024 19:16

I always remember he used to hang out in the pound a dance rough as you like low level strip pub near where I worked. The equally low level blokes I worked with used to say they'd seen him in there. Going back a few years but he was on the TV by that time.
