DS (early 20s - severely dyslexic) has been holding down jobs in pubs and supermarkets but is struggling to get out of the zero-hours rut. He is very personable and a hard worker and I feel (hope!) he is one of those people who will fall into a career by some lucky break. I've suggested he goes and works a ski season or gets a long-term gap year type job in Australia but I don't know where to look. He has previously worked on a summer camp in the States but this was only for the summer so is happy with rocking up somewhere new and getting stuck in. Any advice?
