Disneyland Paris in a day

Has anyone here been to disneyland Paris? I'll be going on my own with a 6yo for one day. Does anyone have any advice/recommendations on which way round to do the parks? What to see? What to avoid? Won't be doing any big rides. Thank you! (P.s. I can't afford two days so this isn't an option)

You're going there and back again to UK in one day? Or just a 1 day park ticket?

Download the park app, it shows which rise's have the longest/ shortest queues.
Take food to eat in the queues.
Definitely go on Ratatouille.

Rides not rises

Be prepared for a huge amount of waking.

Take food with you and entertainment if some sort for the looooong queues that may be there.

When are you going? It can be very cold and wet at DLP, been once when it poured down and once when it was utterly freezing.

We got three rides on ratatouille just before it closed for the evening. We were coming out from dinner, saw there was no queue and went for it.

We had two days staying on site, DTs were over it and wanted to go swimming on the second day and wanted to spend the day in the hotel pool.

They were 6 when we went and really liked slinky dog, the stitch show, the starwars ride and the boat, I can't remember what it was called.

Be prepared for queues and broken down rides.

I would echo the advice to bring food with you. I remember struggling to find a lunch place that didn’t have absolutely gigantic queues.

Take food and refillable water bottles. Be prepared to walk a lot - very comfortable shoes required!

We’ve been loads of times and always get round both parks in a day. Take comfy shoes, earplugs and loads of cash!
