Etsy refunded then item arrived WWYD

I ordered something from etsy a few weeks ago. The tracking number provided by the seller was not recognised and it didn't arrive by the due date. I got in touch with the seller who didn't respond so I escalated it to Etsy who immediately refunded me. A couple of days later the item arrived. What should I do now? I'm happy to pay for the item but not sure how to.

I know that Etsy have a payment protection scheme where the seller keeps their money if they have sent it tracked etc.
So it could be that Etsy refunded you via that scheme.
It may tell you on your refunded email if that was the case.

Register under a different name on etsy and message them, you can just send them a cheque or do a friends and family paypal.

This happened to me. I contacted Etsy and the seller and they got their money back.

I sell on Etsy - it's a bit strange they didn't respond as that's something sellers get penalised for. I'd just send them a message again, if they don't respond then it's out of your hands. I wouldn't really care if it was one of my products and just let you keep it, but then mine are really cheap so I guess it depends what it is. Nice of you to think of doing something about it!
