Food intolerance symptoms- any tips for getting over them?

I have various food intolerances so avoid certain foods.
Last night I accidentally ate something I didn't realise had an ingredient in it.

Feel horrible today. Awful fatigue, nausea, headache..just bleurgh.

I know it will pass after 48hrs but just wondered if anyone has any tips for hurrying up the process?

I recently discovered (accidentally) that Piriton works wonders for me.

Half a tsp of bicarb in a glass of water.

A cup of Epsom Salts in a warm bath. Repeat the next day if necessary.
