Does anyone still do Weight Watchers Simply Filling?

Posting here for traffic. I've just signed up to WW again, and my weekly points budget isn't as generous as it used to be. It always used to be 26 per day with 49 extra per week (which worked) Now it's 23 per day and 21 per week. I fear I may fall off the wagon too quickly and am wondering whether to adjust my points budget?

Alternatively, WW used to promote Simply Filling, a long list of foods you could eat without tracking. I can still find quite a bit of info on this on the internet, but it seems a few years out of date now - does anyone do Simply Filling?

Their new points system does seem a bit weird. It's because they've now got generic 'free foods' that they expect you to fill up on, without thinking about what that does for people who don't like those foods

If I get really hungry this afternoon I can snack on a chicken breast .....
