Best place to buy a refurbished phone?

Can anyone please recommend somewhere reputable to buy a second hand refurbished iphone with a warranty?

Giffgaff do refurbished phones with a 12 month warranty.
I have bought new handsets from there not second hand, but never any issues.

I've bought a couple of phones from BackMarket and they've been good.

My family buy our second hand phones from facebook marketplace. There’s no warranty but you can often pick up a bargain from someone who is renewing their contract and the phone is relatively new. We did this before Xmas for my grandson and granddaughter for their Xmas gifts. We purchased two iPhone 13s from a married couple who had just updated their contract phones. I bought my iPhone 13 a week later from Facebook from a man whose mother had passed away. If you want an iPhone with a warranty you can buy one direct from the Apple Store.

CEX offer a 24 month warranty. You can buy online or in-store. You may be able to trade in your old phone - check their website to see if it's one they buy and what they offer for it (the voucher price = trade in price).

I get mine from The ioutlet. Have bought several from them now and all good. They grade them for condition. Sometimes you can add a new battery when you buy it

I've used 4gadgets several times now as as my partner and phones have been exactly as described.

Another vote here for Back Market - got a decent phone for about £120, and had no issues. It arrived quickly too.

I hve had a refurbished phone from Amazon and it was great. It was a Samsung though, not an iPhone.
