No dishwasher or hob in stock and kitchen due to be fitted in march

We have had a lovely experience getting our new kitchen sorted with Homebase. We had it all picked since Oct but didn't want it delivered until now because we wanted to put pay payments off until aster Christmas. We phoned this morning to get it delivered as builder is coming in march. Now we have no dishwasher or hob in stock. What happens now? Anyone any experience

Can you change brand or model? Or ask for a refund, buy elsewhere?

Cancel that bit and go to AO. They'll deliver tomorrow.

I would ask for refund and try to get the same make and model somewhere else. There is a continuing problem with manufacturers having full stock of products. I would also make sure all other kitchen items arrive asap and are checked for any damage or wrong item being delivered.

What, no jobs on stock anywhere in the UK?!? Of course there are, just maybe not the one you ordered.

AO or mark's electrical will be your friend here. Cancel the order and go to either of them and you'll have them both tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.

I know I could do that and that would be great but we're taking out finance which includes the two items 😵‍💫 I wonder would they honour more expensive items in place of them as a work around

Buy replacement items from AO and when the original items are eventually made available you can return them for a refund or store credit. Your finance loan is separate from the actual items being supplied. It's really not a big deal.
