How do you ease the guilt and sadness when you break up with someone? I don't have experience breaking up with someone who I still love I just know that we aren't right for each other 😭

There’s nothing to feel guilty about - life is so damn short, if a relationship is no longer right for you then however sad it makes you breaking up IS the right thing to do. People grow, either together and the relationship gets stronger and deeper, or apart. It’s just a fact.
The sadness…would it help you to consider it a grieving for what could have been, that that is healthy and time does heal as best it can? Maybe write down your feelings for a while in a journal.

Also, handling both is far easier if you keep busy. Walks, meeting friends, housework with lively music, books, anything.

I think sometimes it can be harder being the person who makes the decision. It will take time to feel better - just focus on why you broke up.
