Does anyone wear wigs?

I have short, boring hair.

i also hate growing my hair - it ends up lank and I give up and go super short again.

I’m tempted to try a wig but worry it will look unnatural plus that people will judge me.

Go to a proper place that knows about wigs.
They can help match to your skin tones and give advice on fitting and such.

I really good wig will cost £££ and will be stylable, cuttable, combable (is that a word?)
A shit wig for £50 from Smiffys will look shit.

Why would people judge you?

I do... but that's due to hair loss alopecia. They are expensive and I have a few good quality ones which I rotate between and spend time looking after the wigs

I wore wigs for a couple of years when I had to shave my hair. Go for a full lace 360 remy human wig and get it installed by a hairdresser. They can look very natural x

I have a friend who shaves her head and wears all different wigs. She swears by it. But, as another poster said, why not go to a professional and find out about good quality wigs and what they're like to wear. I worry thst they could be hot & unvomfy, but I'm basing that on a cheap fancy dress wig I wore about 30 years ago!

You can u part and V part wigs now they look much more natural might be worth checking those
