Temping work

Hello all

Do I stay and take the micro management and the constant put downs or run as quick as I can ?

Luckily I have more work lined up for end of Feb

I just can not manage a critical boss
I tried to suck it up and work harder but she is happy with nothing

Now she wants to coach me

Hate it

Run from it OP.

That’s the beauty of temping, if somethings shit you don’t have to stay! Particularly if you’ll be ok money-wise.

Good luck.

All bosses should offer coaching, it's meant to help you

Leave. Week's notice, so sorry - and let your agency know. Agencies like their temps to be happy.

Temps don't usually get coaching. Temps get 'Here's the job, here's your login and how the system works, loos and kitchen are over there, let me know if you need anything.'
