Can anyone advise if they have looked into or have done this? I have been having a nose over the last year or 2 and I'm not sure it would be possible In our area anyway.
But is it cost effective and easy to set up? The reality is we would never be able to buy a traditional house the size we need 3/4 bed. We rent and not much left at the end for a deposit or it would take like 30 years to save and then dh will be retired anyway and I would be 62. But wandered if this is more of a reachable achievement or is it all a big con?
Land would be needed, would it be difficult to get utilities etc.
If anyone has done it I would be interested to hear if it was worth it and if you would do it again.
