Did anyone have success with getting rid of melasma by using just tret? By that I mean not using ipl lasers or anything else more invasive. Currently on month 5 of some combo of tret/hydroquinone and niacinamide. All prescribed. It's better but it feels far from gone. Am I being too impatient.? Thanks
