Earlier today I went swimming in the sea as part of a group charity event. Was freezing but not any worse than I expected but since coming home my anxiety has been awful.
I have suffered with anxiety in the past but this afternoon I just feel awful, heart racing, panicky worried. I felt absolutely fine beforehand.
When I've googled it all the results say it helps anxiety, not causing it. Has this happened to anyone eise, it's totally thrown me
