Ofsted fabricates evidence when their IT system fails

Has anyone else seen this? It's absolutely shocking. The arrogance is breathtaking, especially given that Ofsted is notoriously tyrannical about data and evidence.

I'd like to know whether any fabricated evidence was used in the inspection that preceded Ruth Perry's suicide.

Utterly unsurprised. I’ve been teaching in Wales since 2001 but even before then the comments and judgements appeared to be fabricated and bear no resemblance to what had actually happened.

Hopefully there will have to be an inquiry? Not holding my breath, though. 😞

No one should be surprised really. A system that’s flawed, just like the post office one. As for inspectors being exhausted at the end of a day in school. - try being the staff in the school.

OFSTED needs to be abolished and a new inspection system created from scratch, with massive input from schools and teachers. It should aim to be supportive, not destructive. We won't get better schools any other way.

If Ofsted was inspected, they'd be closed down immediately. Every time they have been subjected to scrutiny, they've been found unfit for purpose and their data and administration is notoriously poor.
They are doing serious harm.
