Vinted postage issues

Twice this week I have sold items on Vinted that have been listed as either medium size parcel (up to 1kg) or large (up to 2kg) & when I have received the shipping labels they have been for 500g only - example picture attached.
They have both been royal mail inpost labels

On both occasions Vinted have confirmed I had selected medium/large parcel but can offer no explanation as to why this has happened, just told me to cancel the sale … which will then result in automatic negative feedback & also loses me a sale!

Anyone else had the same issues?

Yes and when I contacted Vinted I was told it was a glitch but the parcel would still be delivered as the bar code held the correct info. I posted it and it was delivered as normal.

I don’t even look at the info on the label. I just stick it in the lockers and usually it arrives
