Online banking- glitch?

We just paid for our weekly food shop, it wouldn't let us do contactless as it wanted to a chip and pin check, all fine, paid and got receipt.

When we got home, we realised nothing has come out of our bank account and nothing in pending either.

Has anyone had this happen before?

It’ll probably show up on Monday. If not rejoice and pretend nothing happened!

Could be a delay especially if it's the weekend. Stagecoach buses wouldn't always show up immediately and the other day used different bus company and it didn't show until the next day.

Was it Tesco? The contactless obviously isnt working there today, all the self service tills were asking for cards and pin input

The money will come out later

All my other shopping has left my bank as normal Tesco must be having a bad day 😀

Unless of course its just my local one and you were the person next to me at the till 😂
