I know I'm talking absolute nonsense and it's clear what's the problem is, I'm just having a menopausal bitchfest if anyone fancies a whinge space.
5 days out of 7 I only eat between 11 and 7. I eat either 1tbsp of granola and 2tbps of yoghurt, or half an avo on 1 toast = 300 cals. I then have an under 600 cal gousto at 5pm.
Sounds v healthy doesn't it. The issue is my other 2 days when I'm having a lovely delicious bottle of red. Yes I know it's an additional 700 cals. But if I'm only having max 1200 (i have black coffee or milky tea midweek) how am I still 11 stone FFS.
I feel like the older you get, you can't have anything. I know the answer is to knock the red wine on the head. I'm just sad about it.
When I was at uni 20 years ago I lived on ginsters, kebabs and cider and weighed 7st13.
