Come on Ireland

Dearover · 02/02/2024 20:58

If you've had 1 yellow already, you really need to think carefully about what they taught you in tackle school

Come on France 🇫🇷 🇫🇷🇫🇷

Does anyone know how to obtain tickets? Was looking at the ENG v IRE at Twickenham but the ticketing website only shows hospitality. Or tells me I'm not allowed to see ticket availability. If any rugby ticketing experts are available to help me 😄

Brilliant game so far!

It's almost impossible unless you know someone. Many tickets go to corporate, clubs, sponsors. Actual public tickets are hard to come by

bestbefore · 02/02/2024 21:23

@PandaChopChop yeah my DH got some via a ballot at our rugby club. Ages ago.

froomeonthebroom · 02/02/2024 21:25

How on earth was that a try?

froomeonthebroom · 02/02/2024 21:31

I need Ireland to win for my fantasy team points!

gingercat02 · 02/02/2024 21:33

I just need them to win!

chickenpieandchips · 02/02/2024 21:33

Join your local rugby club as a social member. Even better get your kids/you/other half to play at the club.
Off to twickenham in march! I'm English, DH is Irish. It's an interesting day!

chickenpieandchips · 02/02/2024 21:35

Easiest tickets to get are Italy tickets.

mpsw · 02/02/2024 21:39

You need to lush up someone with a debenture, or cultivate a sponsor, join a rugby club yourself, or shag a player (or other belonger)

Was just looking for this thread.

Agree with pp, joining a rugby club is the best way to get tickets. You don't need to be active, just paid up memebers.

Enjoying this match

Actually get tickets to the women's 6 nations. Great day, lots of extra ladies toilets, and the ladies are very good at speaking to the fans after. And tickets are so much cheaper.

EnjoyingTheSilence · 03/02/2024 11:00

Agree re the ladies game, great fun and game for fraction of the cost

Dearover · 03/02/2024 11:03

We have tickets for Wales v Italy. We are allegedly put into the ballot at our Prem club, but our season ticket category puts us a long way below the red trousers and Range Rover (with picnic table) brigade.

chickenpieandchips · 03/02/2024 15:07

There might be an England Ireland ticket going spare at this rate ..... 😂
