Tips for co-sleeping with toddler?!

After three years of awful sleep, we’ve given up and let her sleep with us when she wakes in the night. We’re sleeping better overall, but she kicks and flails all night! Any tips?!

Super king-size bed and dh will sometimes top and tail. Not perfect but I know your pain

Have you got a spare room? You and your other half can take it in turns to bring her in there with you. 2 in a bed is better than 3.
If not can you swap her bed for a small double and go in with her?

Sleeping bag for toddler? Or cuddle them up against you if they need feedback in the form of contact?

I jump out and sleep in DD’s bed when she comes storming in at 3am. DW sleeps with DD and i am happy that DD’s bed is a full size single! Good luck! Its not exactly ideal.

We just move him back to head on pillow position everytime one of us is woken up.

In my experience, you can have a huge bed but said toddler will still follow you around so closely they end up inside your pjs with you...
