I just don't get it! DH is tall and slim but has the worst diet, think McDonalds Breakfasts, Greggs Lunch 3/4 times a week and countless fancy meals out with clients. He will eat a family sized bar of chocolate plus crisps / sweets / cans of beer every single night - but his weight has never changed in the 15yrs we've been together.
I don't get how he can eat so unhealthy and be so slim! I exercise more, count calories daily and have been fasting 16:8 for a Year - if I was to eat the same as him I would be huge. I know it's all down to metabolism blah blah blah.. but it still baffles Me! I'm not overweight and have maintained a good BMI for a long time now, I just wish I could indulge as much as he does
