Anyone having / had issues with Dusk furniture delivery?

Ordered two sofas and a pouffe, which were listed in stock. Should have been delivered by 3rd and now they tell me 3rd next month. Am minded to cancel for a full refund….any experience, anyone?

I’m having issues with contacting disk after purchasing bedding - still not turned up about 6 weeks after buying. Every time I connect it asks if it’s past the delivery date.
no phone number. No access to support.
basically lost my money £50.00!

Sorry to hear that. I resorted to posting on their Facebook page and that got some action. Maybe try that? Good luck.

I bought a sofa in January and it actually arrived a week or so before I thought I would get it. They do keep sending out special offers though......
