Do you send your tablet sleeves in the post?

As a family of 5, we get through a lot of prescription medicine and calpol/neurofen.

Someone posted on a local page about a company that will take tablet sleeves and calpol/nurofen syringes.

I have since been saving my sleeves ready to send off in bulk (it’s free post).

Do you do this, or do you recycle at home, or just dispose?

I know the large Superdrug in Canterbury takes them. I give mine to Wilf when he is at home. He takes them to a collection point in the local art gallery in his town where they are collected and taken to Canterbury.

Here is the text from the image; OP you might want to update your post as blind Mumsnetters might not have a screen reader that can read an image.

Our not huge Superdrug also has a recycling bin for blister packs so it’s not just the large stores

ETA just clicked on the link above and further down it says all Superdrug’s with a pharmacy

spanishviola · 01/02/2024 20:42

Thank you for this.

UnhealthyCopingStrategies · 01/02/2024 20:58

Local superdrug here...

Thelnebriati · 04/02/2024 23:53

I checked the website and the freepost recycling scheme is only for Johnson and Johnson spoons, syringes and blister packs - for some reason I can't edit my post.
