ELCS date?

I have been booked in for one today but not been given a date as of yet.

I'm 39 weeks 27th February but I'm worried I'll be given the 29th which I don't really want due to the leap year!

I really want to know when it will be now, but the consultant said she doesn't know when the date will be given.

When did people get theirs? I know it must differ from trust to trust but interested to hear

I had my pre assessment appointment yesterday and at that appointment I had my CS date confirmed as Monday (5th). Prior to that I knew I’d be next week, but not when: my understanding is this is fairly standard planning/notice in my trust.

Ah ok, so it could happen at my pre op?

With mine the date has never been set in stone by the hospital, it's been more of a negotiation. I turned down one date they offered me due to it being older child's birthday, and another due to childcare, as long as there's space on a different date they don't seem to mind.
