Just bought one of these for home use.

Primarily for DH's health issues but I'd like to use it too.

There are so many programs I don't know where to start.

Any recommendations?

I'm 54 and walk about 3 miles a day.
I did Couch25K during lockdown but no fitness since then.

DH has one and uses it all the time. I have only used it once and my DS has used it. DH uses the spin classes but also has started using the scenic trails. I used the scenic trail - you can essentially cycle any trail in the world with someone accompanying you and motivating you. I would start with one of the easy trails - ie flat one - the scenery is amazing and it is easier to do I think than a spin class.

I’ll ask him later how to find the best ones as I have only done one.

We have one (very old). Neither of us use the programmes, we just set it for walking/running and increase speed/ gradient as we want. I used to have a Peloton app membership, and would sometimes use one of their treadmill classes to have some different structure.

I used to have one and loved it. I never used the programmes, though, I just set it at the highest incline and walked/ran.

Make sure you lubricate the belt.

We don't have the cycle option, just the running.
