I was trying to open a can earlier and the ring pull was really stiff, had to use my nails. A couple of flecks of aluminium were under my nails so I noticed and picked them out at the sink. I have then gone to eat some toast, finished it and looked down at my hand to see a few specks of metal from the ring pull still there. All literally just full stop sized, tiny.
I think there’s a high chance I have swallowed at least one. I know I probably sound like a hypochondriac but I’m worried as I’m pregnant and don’t want anything bad happening to me or baby :(
Could it be really bad?
