LTD company letters coming to my address.

I've been receiving letters for a company for the past year, and when I type the company name into google, my address comes up. I've sent letters back and have tried calling hmrc a few times but haven't got through after an hour of waiting. What can be done about this?

You need to contact Companies House. Do you have legal insurance on your home insurance? Are they in your name?

You need to send them to Companies House with a covering letter saying that this business is using your private address, and it is nothing to do with you.

Can you contact the post office as well, and get them to redirect letters, or to prevent any letters coming to you?

Probably a stupid question but since I dont mind admitting I'm a bit green I may as well ask- why would a company use a residential address they've no ties to?
