Can someone explain the free HelloFresh box, from a friend referral

I have been sent a friend referral for a free Hello Fresh box. I will only have to pay the postage, £4.50. Do I then have to sign up to commit to order future boxes ? or can I just receive this first free box ? if yes would I then have to physically cancel a subscription to avoid having to commit to ordering future boxes ?

You have to sign up but as soon as the box arrives just cancel your future deliveries 🙂
