Anyone ordered a temporary pop up morgue before?

I got an email notification from Royal Mail this morning advising me that my parcel from Nutwell Logistics is being delivered today between 10:58-12:58pm.
The company name wasn't familiar so I googled them and found this (attached).
Should I be worried?
Should I refuse delivery or treat it as a deluxe bed for my cat on those hot summer days?
Has anyone else had a delivery from Nutwell Logistics?

Anyone ordered a temporary pop up morgue before?

This would have ideal for DDs immersive 'Hunger Games' birthday party, 12 guests, only one party bag.

Can I recommend Lucy Easthope, say her talk at a literary festival. She's a disaster planner, I imagine she's got one tucked away 'just in case' .

I can personally endorse this company and their products. I bought one during my first marriage (23 years ago) and it has really lasted the distance. It met and exceeded my needs at that point. I'll be ordering another when capacity is breached.

12 lightweight, flexible body trays designed to hold up to 190kg

I need a portable pop-up mortuary expert to tell me whether this means it can handle 12 really hefty corpses of 190kg each, or only 12 tiny ones of under 16kg?

You never know when this information might prove crucial!

A good 6+ foot long, 3+ foot wide, able to hold a lot of solid matter whilst not leaking any liquid, tent over the top - you could grow a hell of a lettuce crop with that AND get your Sweetpeas off to a great start.

similarminimer · 01/02/2024 17:46

I'm not liking the dorector's cross over with pop-up morturies and 'unspecified food services' - all a bit Sweeny Todd?

ToHellBackAndBeyond · 01/02/2024 17:49

This thread is everything. Website stored 😁

TeenLifeMum · 01/02/2024 17:51

We have to order one most winters… hospital emergency planning. They’re very discreetly placed. The words mortuary and morgue are interchangeable in my uk organisation.

MaggieFS · 01/02/2024 18:07

I'm going to have to look them up now aren't I.

If you can source a partially used one, you should get the most incredible compost with it 💀

This thread is brilliant whether genuine or a marketing exercise!!

If I got that message, I would have assumed my ex ordered it!

PickAChew · 01/02/2024 18:22

That's some wild midnight impulse ordering.

ChihuahuasREvil · 01/02/2024 18:36

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much at a thread.

GN637 · 01/02/2024 18:39

Surely, every home has its own morgue for when the need arises??

Theyweretheworstoftimes · 01/02/2024 18:45

I am crying with Laughter at this. My husband is looking at me with suspicion. I think this maybe one of the best things I have ever read.

Sidebeforeself · 01/02/2024 18:51

This thread is the gift that keeps on giving … only don’t anybody send me a pop up morgue as a gift please! DH is notoriously difficult to buy for though…

As a guide, mine is currently housing, 40 squirrels, 20.5 rats, 10 bluetits and 3 miscellaneous creatures that may once have been mice. The cat is under house arrest while I await delivery of an extra loud bell to go round his neck.

Take it camping, or to a festival.

It'd certainly help you spot your tent at somewhere like Glastonbury! 😂

notprincehamlet · 01/02/2024 19:25

Perfect gift for the difficult-to-buy-for extreme garden party enthusiast in your life. Gazebos are so last season.

RestingCatsArseFace · 01/02/2024 22:17

If anyone has one, could I rent a space please?

NightSprite · 01/02/2024 22:21

<wonders for far too long if OP might take nominations for some of those 12 spaces>

I can't get my nominations lower than 6, sorry, but that still leaves 6 spaces for anyone else.

naranjajuice · 01/02/2024 22:44

I’m laying here reading this trying so hard not to laugh and wake DH, that I’m silently crying like a crazy person! Ahhh this is so funny, possibly my favourite thread ever!

NightSprite · 01/02/2024 23:05

The photo on the website reminded me of a sleeping pod hotel I once stayed in.

Maybe someone is using it for a wedding or birthday party marquee.

They should have used spell check.
