Hi I’m currently 7 weeks 3 days and had a scan last week at 6 weeks 2 days and seen 2 healthy heartbeats. But since I turned 7 weeks my symptoms have basically gone and I can’t help but feel something is wrong. I have no bleeding or pain but the odd brown spotting. Have a scan tomorrow but really worried. Anyone in similar situation?
