Has anyone replaced their kitchen doors rather than the whole kitchen?

As per the title, has anyone had their kitchen revamped without ripping out the whole kitchen?
Our kitchen is old but I'm not sure we can justify the cost of a new one. As we probably wouldn't change the layout, I was wondering if we could just change the doors, work surface & flooring instead.
Has anyone done this? Were you happy with the end result? Was the cost significantly less than replacing the whole kitchen?
Thanks in advance.

We did this. Got a carpenter to custom make simple doors, painted them a fantastic colour, got lovely new handles, new worktop and retiled. It looked like a new kitchen for a fraction of the price.

This was pre pandemic so costs have shot up, but the relative saving compared to new was fantastic.

Yes we had this done. Happy with the end result.
