Strictly live - timings??

We are going to the Strictly Live show on Saturday 10th February at the 02 and our tickets say doors open at 1pm and show starts at 1.30pm
The 02 website (and what we thought we booked) said doors open 1pm and show starts at 2.30pm.
We had lunch booked for 12.30 and now I don't really know when we need to be there / eat and be in our seats!
Has anyone been to a matinee so far and knows what's what?

We saw Strictly Live in Newcastle last week, and the show started fairly close to the time it was advertised to start.

Thank you - our problem is it says 2 timings in different places. 1.30 on the ticket and 2.30 on the website....

We went to the matinee and it started at 1.30pm prompt. You were able to access your seats an hour before. I think you would be cutting it a bit fine to eat at 12.30pm unfortunately.

I'm not too worried about eating, we can something somewhere.

I'm more bothered about turning up at the right time - literally every website / ticket site / o2 / email confirmation - says it's starts at 2.30pm on the day we go. But the ticket says 1.30pm. I suspect there will be a lot of confused people!

Why not contact the venue directly and ask them?

Went to the matinee at Glasgow, doors opened at 1:30 and the show started at 2:30pm.

I've tried but not any response so far.

Did you have any joy with this? I’m in the same problem! o2 app now seems to say doors open 1.00pm show starts 2.30pm….
