I put the cake in a preheated oven but forgot to set the timer. Oven turned off after 5 minutes so the batter was just sat in a warm oven for 25 mins before I checked on it, then I baked it as usual but it needed about 8 mins less.
Why did it come out better than any cake ive ever made?
I'm considering doing this all the time but I'm unsure if it was just a coincidence.
